Ingredients
1 large head of broccoli
1 red onion
1 garlic clove
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 small red chilli (optional)
½ lime (optional)
1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
Method
Gently fry the onion and garlic in a little olive or coconut oil. In the mean time finely chop the broccoli using a mezzaluna (which is one of these) or large knife.
Add the chopped broccoli to the softened onion and garlic, fry for 3 – 4 minutes before adding the ground cumin, chilli, lime, salt & pepper. Continue to fry for a further 2 – 3 minutes. Serve immediately!
