150g quinoa
400ml semi skimmed milk
100ml water
1 tsp. pure vanilla essence
½ tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
200g cup blueberries
30g walnuts, chopped, optional
Method
place the quinoa, milk, vanilla essence and water in a pan and boil together then simmer for 15 mins, mix the cooked quinoa and cinnamon if you use it. divide the mixture between four bowls and top with blue berries and walnuts.
