180g almond flour (use ground almonds if you can't get the flour)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Stevia
2 eggs
60ml of water
Juice of a whole lemon
½ tsp. salt
Method
Put the almond flour, baking powder, eggs, water and salt into a bowl
and mix well until all the ingredients form a smooth batter.
Heat a non stick frying pan over a medium heat with a little oil.
Add a ladle of batter. When you can see the top of the pancake bubble,
turn it over and cook the other side.
Both sides should be golden brown in colour.
