4 large eggs
2 ½ tbsp. milk
400g of pork sausage, sliced thinly
½ tbsp. olive oil
Method
Put the oil in a heated griddle pan. Brown the sausage pieces.
Whisk the eggs and milk together.
Then add this mixture to the sausage.
Place on to a serving plate and enjoy!
